I'll probably go with what the game ships with, might extend it just a little.

Re: How Long Will Your Sim's Life Be?
Wow! I had no idea this was even an option. LOL! I'm expecting TS3 to blow me out of the water just because I'm clueless about the new features! {rolleyes}

I could see myself playing 20 days because I get bored of sims easily, but in TS2 I NEVER let any of my sims die. Most of them didn't even have children, I just couldn't handle the stress of generations without super cheating. Tongue But since there are so many new options in TS3 I imagine I'll start out playing 95-200. I'd really like to do a legacy one of these days...maybe it'll be possible for me in TS3 since day to day sim life won't be so monotonous, like someone else stated.

im going to play the regular 90 days or whatever
and in a legacy if i get bored i'll make a new family and live next door to my legacy family
then go back to my legacy once it looks interesting again

Re: How Long Will Your Sim's Life Be?
well i think i'll have them live anywhere from normal to long unless i fall in the love with my sims....i dont know for sure though cause sometimes i really favor a family...but i still want them to age so epic...maybe..but im considering a long lifetime if not just the normal life span for my sims

Ethier normal or long.  I like to make new families ever once and a while

Only 1 day left till the sims 3!  I can't wait!  I will be playing forever!

Re: How Long Will Your Sim's Life Be?
Am I like the only one who gets bored if my Sim stays the same age? On TS2 I just wanted to keep them growing up, having kids, and all that stuff. So I will probably do Short (25 days) or maybe, just maybe I will do Normal (95 days).  I could never do 1000 or even 200.

But then again I haven't played TS3 it could be totally different and I might think 95 days is to short. Who knows?

Re: How Long Will Your Sim's Life Be?
It really depends on what I want to do with the family or sim. Sometimes I may use the 1,000 sim life span because I plan on keeping my alive and her family to age very slowly. Either way you do it, a sim will die if you turn on age, no matter if it's 1,000 or 200 days.

I may want to try something I've never done before, like a certain sim with attributes and traits that I would never play. Well, I would make their lifetime shorter, that way, I've tried something new with less committment.

If I like a sim, i'll make their lives longer, if not- shorter or i'll just ignore them and let them live their lives without me. And perhaps, once they've started a family and have had kids, I can watch them from afar or play an interesting offspring. Perhaps I would want to change the course of their lives but watch from afar.

New 17&quot; Laptop with wireless printer/scanner combo-$1,400<br />Sims 3 Pre-order-$70<br />College Books-$500<br />Being envied by your friends while they cram for exams and you play TS3- PRICELESS!!!!<br /><br />Forget Visa, Mastercard, and American Express- it pays to Discover!!!!

im the exact same way but i think 25 days is way TOO short
there should at least be like 15 days for adults and 5 with teens
+kids,toddler,baby and elder
maybbe 70 days would be nice..
