I know that in th US and other countries already allow you to pre-order, but many of us still can't, including here in the UK, so, I'm looking forward to being able to pre-order today. I'm still not sure whether to buy it in the store or not, but I'm going to pre-order it anyway and just cancel it if I decide against it later.

I know it may not be of much importance but just thought I should remind you all.

Yep, this is what worries me about pre-ordering... for example I ordered Breaking Dawn in August and the release date was August 4th, but they didn't plan to send it me until the 7th, which wasn't good enough so I ended up canceling and purchasing it myself. I don't want this to happen with Sims 3. {unsure}

Oohhh, Cassie and Bat make a good point. Maybe I should just buy it in the stores... besides, nobody plays Sims in El Paso, anyhow. I will probably be the first person here to get it.
