I am watching Brazil v Columbia. Hopefully it will be more exciting than France and Germany.

France v Germany was such a disappointment. I hope Columbia make a show of it, but Rodriguez isn't weaving his magic yet. Hoping for Belgium to destroy Argentina tomorrow. They're coming good at the moment the Malvinas moaners are fading. A Low Counties derby would be a cracking semi, but I'd really like a Belgium & Costa Rica one to spice the cup up.

Reading an article about Geoffrey Dickens. I always thought he was a silly old sod but am beginning to appreciate how much some evil people were determined to marginalise that they couldn't silence. One of his friends was found dead in very suspicious circumstances not long after Dickens death after promising to carry on his work.
