you have to have your sim do various romantic gestures towards the pregnant sim, eventually u can do massage. but if that's too much trouble just take your female sim to the spa.

Just don't get one those flirty sims to do it unless that sim is the father because just like the 1st sims Massages is considered cheating.

Some romantic interactions only show up when you get the sims in a certain "mood" so you need to just keep being romantic until you have the option.

Thanks guy I tried being more romantic and it appeared..

Like a normal relationship I was spending too much time worrying about the kids, the adults weren't interacting as much
