It would be so cool if sims had like easter, xmas and halloween and stuff and have carol singers, trick or treaters and stuff like that?

the only problem is religious stuff. i hope they put religion in TS3 as well

Sounds good, but I don't think it's possible. The religious stuff might offend some people. Even if they put different religions in the game, there's always gonna be someone who feels left out or offended.

But maybe they could have their own holidays and events, like Plumbob-Day or something like that. xP

They can have some made up sim holidays like National Inpendence day something made up that wouldn't interfere with religon.

Yea tht would be better. Like Simsmas (christmas) and something like hanakuh (spelling?) and easter.
Valentine's Day, some kind of sims independence day, Saint Patricks day, New years, Chinese New years, Presidents (or w/e leader sims have) day, popular sims days like Crumplebottom Day, Bella Goth Day, etc.

Also thier should be gossip about celebrities. There should be readable newspapers that come out every day or week so sims can catch up on the news. Other stuff in papers can be sales, food recipes which sims read then know how to make (whether they actually make it right is yet to be known), advice column, political affairs, etc. Like a normal newspaper rele.

Events like fairs, carnivals, farmer fairs (idk what they are called), and simple evnts at comunity lots such as free skating friday night, buy one ticket get one half off at an amusment park, etc.

they dod touch on the chistmas ideain TS2 but its not realistic like you could have chritsmas in the mddle of summer if you wanted they should make it in the winter
