New Official Cover Art?

It's just a bit busy, that's all. Too many faces in such a small space. The larger picture is easier to take in, but the box isn't going to be quite that big.

I don't know, I guess it's alright. I would much rather have had the other one, though. But such is life.

Something about this cover art is two cliche I would expect better this looks like it would be a fake cover art that someone did on photoshop I liked the other one better.

I love it! It looks egdy, and modern, and that's the "feeling" they seem to want the game to get.

Plus, it's simmish (the plumbbobs and plumbbob shaped pics) and different from normal games.

If you saw it for the first time in the store, it would draw your attention from far away, bring you closer to it. plus, it tells you more about the game than the last one, Cause it shows all the different trpes of sims. The first one told us that you could only make sexy adults, and that there's a background of the neighbourhood. It was so plain it was almost boring. (and most people would think that the neighbourhood wasn't seamless, just a beatiful background image.

I guess I am used to all the basic sims 2 and ep cover arts they all did look the same and they were kind of boring looking.

Well, The Sims 3 is all about making 'unique' sims, so why not make a 'unique' cover for the game? {blush}

[font=Verdana][/font]I  Love the new cover it makes a huge statement, the whole conceit of the Sims 3 is totally different from the first and second one. It involves more social interaction with one another, and the cover also showcases the huge variety of new Sim designs  {clap}. Besides the sims covers always had the 2-6 sims on it and a different backgroud, and that get old after a while. {yawn}

Actually, I'm have to agree with you again on that one. It truly is disgusting. I tried liking it, but it's just not working.

Seems to me it's turned into one of those things that you either love or hate.

Good news is, the release is now months away. That gives them plenty of time to change their minds about it and what not.
