My ideas about nanny's in the sims 3

I think that you should be able to pick a job of becoming a nanny.  And then like everyday at a specific time, you have to go to work, which is someone's house.  Then you get to look after their kids!
Or teenagers get to be babysitters.

Whebever I hire a Nanny in TS2, she never looks after the children, she just uses my facilities >.<

I think I nearly lost one of my toddlers 'cause of her.

I hired her. And she took my toddler to the back yard while my sims were on their jobs. I couldn't stop her as there was only the nanny there I lost the toddler because of her. Luckily when the social worker picked up the child my sims came back and I took one of them to plead and luckily I got it back or else I would have gone crazy.

What about let the parents send the kids to the sims house, like a daycare???
So could my staying home mum be home with her own children and look after the kids to the neighbours too

I would love to have teenage babysitters, and I really wish I could trust the nanny's, I never like leaving my babies at home with a nanny because I don't know what I'm going to find when I come home

yh we teen babysitters,, how can you loose the toddlers??.. cuz they got too cold or sumit,, or did they crawl off
