What kind of builder are you for your sims?

Nice and Cosy cottages, with flowers and basements and made of stone, i also like to have historic houses with lots of old looking furniture, and nice and shabby.

heh heh...i have NO house building skills. it's sad. but i like to redesign houses. i usually make them modern.

I use maxis/EA made houses or start small and make them bigger if I need it.
My sims doesnt have that money when they move out in their own place.

All the residential houses that I make all end up looking the same (and I don't even use foundations. I don't know why.)

i like building big elegant mansions or tiny ragged shacks. sometimes i like to build small suburban houses but that's just sometimes.

Usually I just build what I have to Which is kinda bad since I don't like using the premade neighborhoods and mine usually end up looking bare. I can build some pretty nice houses when I take the time, but normally I just wanna torture my sims like everyone else. :'(
