Wow...I understand..I try to stay away from those too..but its too hard..I barely jus gave up on candy and lottery tickets...lol...and so far it has been three weeks...so Im good with that soo far..now I gotta try to stop some other eating habits...but soups and gravy is soo good to me...I want to leave it alone..but it is soo hard..lol
