this is why me and my friends were laughing a while back about how the summer in england is like winter in israel (at least in tel aviv)
it doesn't rain here very often it rains more arround december-january but other then that it rains like twice or 3 times a month at most never during the summer...
when it rains here it can rain really hard almost like a flood sometimes with hail (never snow though...  ) and after like ten minutes the sun comes out and its nice outside....

Too true, but even so, in England it does rain perhaps everyday almost, but only small showers usually.
