Cheat Codes

I know they will release cheats maybe not as many because its so different..but im sure there will be some sort of cheats available eventually.

True about the not as many because of the change. It will be interesting.

Yea im trying to figure what kinda cheats would still work..a family funds kinda cheat would to differentiate ammounts between families..but hopefully thats a feature so sims know if they are rich or poor.

I actually think they'll be yet more cheats because of the changes. In my mind, I see many more possibilities for cheats already.

i dont want cheats at all.

i think they spoil the fun of the game a bit.

i want to be able  to build almost anything imaginable without constrainfloorelevation and stuff like that!

mind you, i do use an OCCASIONAL cheat or two, when sims annoy me!

True, though they could still do some kind of motives cheat, because we may not be able to see them, but I guess they're still there after all. I don't know. I don't care too much about cheats or anything at the moment. :-\

I'd like to have cheatcodes, though I probably wont use them until I've played the game for some time. I do believe they'll include cheat codes, seeing as they included cheat codes in both Sims and Sims 2. We'll just have to wait and see.  And BabiiBri, actually, by starting this thread, you did ask her. You didn't start the thread to only talk to yourself about your opinions, did you? I see this forum as a way of sharing opinions, and discussing the various possibilities. If you don't want people to respond, why make a thread? I hope I don't come across across rude, and if I do, sorry.

I believe cheat codes are usually put into the games mainly for testing purposes. They are there for the testers to test all the aspects of the games quicker. For example, it would take a tester a long time to test out the more expensive parts of the game, if they had to earn all the money from scratch!
I guess that they often leave them in as some people prefer to play with cheats!
