University come out? Was it like, 6 months after TS2 was released, continuing as normal, and when did we hear about it first?

I don't want to just get into TS3, and be disappointed straightaway, because the game doesn't hav ethe first awesome EP. I get like that with EP's. I can't stand playing the game until I have the new game. Hopefully It'll be different for TS3. I hope i'll be able to zoom out and look at  the whole neighbourhood, and have my sims spirit revived!

I don't remember exactly, but I am sure it was more like 3 months until the 1st EP came out.

When we learned about it? That's good. Usually we only have like, 1 and a half months.

Did you mean that you don't like the basic base game when it first comes out?

Well, for waiting for the first EP I read in a blog post from the camp that the first expansion pack for the Sims 3 could be expected within three weeks (give or take) and would have to do with being able to create your own Neighbourhoods (plus some other neat-o stuff I'm sure).

University EP came out about 6-7 months after the release. Sims 2 came out September of 2004, and when I bought the game University was about to come out, so yeah around that time frame.

No, I DO like the basegame, although, when I learn about the first EP, it'll be hard to sit still. I just have  to have a "complete" game ,you know?

The neighbourhood creator isn't really an EP though, it's just gonna allow you to make your own neighbourhoods. apparently it'll be for download on the day the game is released, but I have my doubts about that. If it's released on the same day, why not just put it in the game?

It will not be on the day the game is released. It will be at least a month. Maybe a bit less.

I know, I realise that, but BEn Bell says it will be released the day the game comes out. I really don't think that's true. hang on, i'll try and find the article. It was (I think) the one where the people from the creators camp baked cakes.
