Creating your own neighborhood

when you get to creat your nhood...how would you create it?
i'll say that my neighbor hood is going to be full of houses..basically what i did of the sims 2..im going to do it on ts3
yes..diferrent races,upper and lower class sims ,mansion houses on one side of the town..ranches on one side of the town,etc..and i liek the drama type of neighborhood,babymama/daddy drama, friends betrayng on eachother,family freuds and alot of bullcrap..but its really gonna be fun now,b/c of the seamless neighborhood...so if i catch my husband in some other females house..its going down
but how would your nhood be like?
