my idea :))
helloo. i was just thinking about how cool it would be if you could like, just go out of your house and walk absolutely anywhere in the neighbourhood, ring peoples doorbells and visit your friends etc. but also have the same option to take a taxi if you wanted. also, im soooo excited absout sims 3, but i think i'll also carry on using sims 2 as well, because even though i love the thought of having a really realistic game, i think i'll also miss the more cartoony version, not to mention all the cc i downloaded (which was really hard to find because i have a mac. you have no idea how long it took to finally make it work Tongue). danke! tatty bye.  Wink

Re: my idea :))
yeah i know...all my cc will me *poof!* gone...but i'm sure more cc will be created for the sims 3, i can't wait.  ;D i will probly cease to play the sims 2 though, i will most likely not have enough room for it on my computer AND the sims 3. i would love to keep playing it though, i mean i've even enjoyed playing the sims 1 every once in a while. and i hope they have taxis and cars yet, otherwise they might have to do a lot of walking.

Re: my idea :))
it would just suck when you get one of those scrolling moments and your mouse scrolls all the way to the edge of the lot.  Would it go to the edge of the neighborhood?

Re: my idea :))
hmm, i suppose, BUT, what you could do is double click on your sims picture thing and it would take you straight back to them again. so that's not really a problem, i don't think.

Re: my idea :))
dont know if this was already said...

but if you could take a taxi wouldn't it be cool to see it drive around places instead of just the loading screen like in TS2.?
