You guys should read this post I find on sim facts it's short but, insightful.

Notice how in the description they point out that the sim is driving in a car while theres a house being built.That gives a clue as to how the new build mode will be.While we build houses or something that will be sims view and evrything around us is still going to be going on about there daywhy we build homes.
