I know this is a weird idea, but what if sims were like born with disabilities or something? It could be like an add-on to the hospital idea that I have heard a lot about. Hospitals DO help people with things other then birth...
Just an idea. Any comments?

That would be cool, but they'd have to be "classy" about it, because some might be offended if they have that disability.

They would have to come up with some kind of deaf language to communicate, though.

I would love to see a blind NPC that was very old. Someone that your sim could go to for wisdom.
