Too relistic? - cutiecatsim - 20-03-2008 05:06 PM

Some of the ideas we are getting for the Sims 3. Like a car crash, and birth taking longer than three days. It's too relistic. Think about legacy's it wouldn't be fun to have to wait for 5 - 10 sim days till they had the baby! Some of the things are getting ot far, and are starting to annoy me as the game wont be much fun with all of these relistic features in them. Also, after they get put in, people will moan about it being too relistic or boring, to much like real life.

Well if you feel that way, you'll always have Sims 2 Smile Realisticness seems to be the most wanted change for the S3. Nobody's sure what they're going to do, but we're sure hoping Smile Who knows, maybe they'll please us and then we won't like the changes... Smile

That would stink...

They're only ideas.
Besides it wouldn't hurt if the Sims became a little bit more realistic. Wink

I kind of have to agree...

I am afraid its going to turn into to many other simulation games. I like the way it works now, I enjoy the point and clicking of it. I would like to see Sims 3 like Sims 2 but with better graphics and a few new options.

To each his own Smile I, personally, hope it'll be more realistic. But that's just me Smile You're entitled to your own opinion.

I agree with you Cutie Cat Sim. AS i am reading over the ideas from the posts I find myself thinking. Well if they are going to put alll of this in why don't i just go outside and live my life it will exactlyt eh same thing... I look for a little unrealisticness in sims. It makes them cute and adorable... and i don't find car crashes, teen pregnacy , and c sections adorable.

You have a point, spazz, but like I said, we'll always have Sims 2. Sims 3 is the chance to do something different, not carry on with the same old.

I think the majority does. But that doesn't mean those who don't are weirdos or anything Wink
