I wouldn't get it.... I think its worthless since its almost time for the sims 3.

I'm gonna get it, it looks very useful, the gardens are awesome! (plus the styles) and the staircases have animations! (I mean new animations) and I can't not finish my collection of Ep's and SP's now!!!
Re: mansion and garden pack - Bat - 20-11-2008 04:09 AM
I haven't gotten any new games for The Sims 2 for quite some time now. I won't be buying a new The Sims 2 game. I'm waiting until The Sims 3!

Re: mansion and garden pack - Majick - 21-11-2008 04:51 AM
I'm gonna get it.
I want to have every Sims2 EP/SP
Except for maybe Bon Voyage ... I really wasn't impressed by what I saw.
Re: mansion and garden pack - ChalyssaMuch - 21-11-2008 05:23 AM
I keep saying i wont buy them and then go around and do it...
idk what im going to do with all the sims 2 games when ts3 comes out..
wat a waste..
Re: mansion and garden pack - Majick - 21-11-2008 05:44 AM
Not a waste! {no}
No matter if Sims3 was coming out tomorrow, and you got the game today.
For those few hours that you played, you enjoyed the latest and greatest addition to the Sims Game family!
People need to stop thinking of these new SPs as "a waste" and look at them as the latest and greatest!
TheSims3 isn't out yet, people!
Enjoy what we're getting, while you can! Remember; these are the days we can never get back. Live em and love em while you can!

^^ I completely Agree with you. Although i have been a bit bored with the sims 2 recently, I think this pack will spruce my game up a bit.
And BV was not a watse, it was my favourite EP!

The new cheat (setQuarterTilePlacement on/off ) is worth the price. IMO Plus there's cool stuff.
