I voted 'I don't know'. It doesn't seem necessary but it might be cool at the same time. If your sims didn't brush their teeth they would rot and the sim could go to the dentist for fillings.

Yep! You can get things from it! Like Sims3Fan92 said, the dentist would be a cool idea! And bad breath too. And, say they hadn't brush their teeth in a long while, then a Sim they are kissing will back off and stop the kiss because their breath smells or they can taste some chicken curry or something in their mouth from a couple of weeks ago lol. And also, like MissyMarissa mentioned, it would be nice to just fit it into the morning routine, do the more everyday stuff. Every little thing counts!

Hahaha that would be very funny! That your Sims are going to back off when they are kissing! I would love that!
And, they can add another job : a dentist. That's pretty cool. Then you can make good money I guess!
