What about kids taken by social workers? where will they go? will they still grow up? if yes, what about when they grow into adults will they leave the orphanage?

I hope they give you a pop up question whether or not if you want to allow the child to go to another home with a family you created by giving that family a chance to adopt, or taken to a nearby foster home, because that will make the gameplay a lot more interesting.

maybe they will be adopted
if they were babies when they were taken they could have a revolution type thing XD
