How about joining Supple and TS3 together for the work part. Like for eg. Sims can choose to work or slack during office hours? Get coffe while working or else they will starve till they come home like the Sims 2. Maybe the boss could also come out and check on them sometimes? Or they can go out to the bar during office hours? Buy accesseries to suck up to the boss? Cool huh?

i like supple but a. it's too slow b.it gets a little old
i think that adding some control to work/school could be nice but not complete control
