lot size, & living situations ? - simshousebuilder - 24-03-2008 08:05 AM just some idea's and situations (: take for instance, your sim is quite wealthy and you have a massive estate, with a mansion and many grounds, and if your sim runs a tight ship - to keep the estate running properly you would obviousley have to have "live inn nanny's and gardeners and buttlers" this would require the mansion to have, sevent's quaters and sleeping facility's, this is why you need basements in TS3! another situation would be, if you are in a poorer family, you could have a pie shop, or a grocery shop at the front of your house, this would meen your shop would have to be rite against the street & path's that people walk along - basements would be good for this situation aswell, you could use it as a storage facility, or where you can park your car from the back of the house.. in the sims1,2 & soon to be 3, i like to have small family's about 3 or 4, maybee with an older grandmother figure to look after the children (thats if theres no nanny to look after the children) i also like the small familys to be incredibly rich, high class citerzens, that are snooty and well off, have great relationships, and medium - massive "old styled mansions" built rite up against the street with a basement and small windows at the bottom of the terrain and on the inside at the top of the wall... how do you like to run your family's? and the way they live? and there living conditions ?? ?? it would be good to see how everyone likes to run there sims family's (: Re: lot size, & living situations ? - sophiedogsim9 - 24-03-2008 08:06 AM Hmm, live in help - sounds like a good idea. I must say I am worried about what will come with the base game and what we will have to wait for! Re: lot size, & living situations ? - TomLambourn - 24-03-2008 06:13 PM The Family that I am most looking forward to starting is an eldery married couple with little money who live in a basement Apartment with their granddaughter who was thrown out of the family house by her parents, Hopefully they will also have a small garden at the back which they raise crops so they can eat. Re: lot size, & living situations ? - sims2alwaysrocks - 24-03-2008 06:18 PM the butler in sims 1. i kept waiting for a bulter in the sims 2 but it never came. more service sims could be a good idea for sims 3. and more family options. now everything seems so strict. why can't a teenager live with a guardian instead of a parent? or alone? and so on.... Re: lot size, & living situations ? - eowynrox - 24-03-2008 08:09 PM i'm looking forward to the rich old man marrying his maid |
