When you get a Rhyhorn, evolve it into Rhydon. Give it the protector and it should become Rhyperior. In the actual game, give it the protector and trade to get a Rhyperior.

It just reaches it's max. People can still feed it and you can still keep it in your party, but ... far as I know nothing else happens. But again, I'm new to this still myself so I'm not sure x3

Certain peoples Pokemon that evolve with happiness can evolve - if not it just goes to maximum.
Wow, I've had Delibird and Bibarel in daycare so long they're at level 70!

Yeah, my Pichu needs to be completely happy before it will evolve into Pikachu, which is pretty close ^_^

I think Riolu must be there now, but they've blocked GPX+ in college. I'll check when home
