in Texas I believe underage can go as young as 15 ... so long as they are at home with a relative who is over 21 with them.  o_o  I was like "WTF Sooo not fair!"

I meant without getting in trouble, in Texas I believe you can be as young as 15 with a relative over 21 with you.  Back home in Delaware, didn't matter adult relative or not, you under 21 your ass was in trouble.
