I use my Palkia against her Garchomp and her Lucario.
Right now my team consists of:
Swellow, lvl 71
Empoleon, lvl 67
Leafeon, lvl 73
Rapidash, lvl 73
Raichu, lvl 68
Palkia, lvl 79
My Water and Electric guys don't get a lot of use, sadly. So I make sure they hold the Lucky Egg so they get the extra EXP when they Do get sent out. I use Palkia for Several fights, thus why it's so high. It rocks against several of the Elite Four's teams.

hehe, i knew i made a good topic
right now, im battling at the valour lakefront restaraunt, using an amulet coin, every day.
then spending all my winnings on full restores and revives.
when i have 50 of each, im taking them on again

What level are you and what pokemon you have?
Good luck on the E4!!!
I just beated them on my new game, so I usually dump my old, un-eved trained team for new EV-Trained teams to fight with on Wifi. (I usually go to Serebii to fight wifi. The people are nice, but then, there are those buttmunchers...like in any video game chat, then those cheaters, and hackers...)

Like how was the battle, and how did you beat her toughest pokemon?
I remember when I was in your situation. It was like ten or eleven years ago, when I was playing pokemon red. I would always lose, lose, lose....I lost so much that the three useful ones on my team were in their 60s. But I finally won and started dancing and stuff!!! (I think it was the first game I have ever beaten!!! (I was seven or eight, so I don't suck @ games, just haven't had the chance to beat one at the time)) Games back then were hard and cheating...SNES...and stuff...my dad had every console.
But I became so much of a poke-freak that I became a little kid expert on pokemon and never lost to the E4 in the other games, besides Firered's round 2 of the E4, being in their 70s so fast...didn't have time to train.

whenever they were knocked out, i put my steelix in, and used revive on either one, xD
i had about 50 revives + full restores lol
