Yup. Someone on the DC forums said that the dragons on the completed list stay there for a few months before they get removed and almost an year (less) until they would be released.

They removed the 'Moonstone' dragon off the list a long time ago ... I wonder if that'll be coming out some time this year too, then. They left the 'Moon' dragon, though. And the Moonstone is the one I liked better of the two.
