That was exactly the same with me.
If I'm correct, my homes were just a small building with a mirror, buffet, buttler, and a bed. reason? it was only there to get my sims points up, but I never bothered with their health status, because I moved them back into the bin and into the house again with full happiness, energy, etc and sent them off to Stardom!
It got boring later, but trying to make my sims live normal and famous was too hard.

I had it, but I never became famous or anything. I didn't know how. I always sucked at the catwalk and everything.

I loved Superstar.
I got one of my Sims to become #5 in the Who's Hot In Studiotown list-thing until I accidentally deleted it off the computer. :3
I was trying to put Vacation on but ended up deleting everything else.

I remember playing it but not that much. The on thing i do remember about it is that you could do like commercial shoots and then like sing jingles for commercials and i loved that part about it.

I enjoyed it, but i think it was really hard to become a real popstar. I always got stuck at the movie clips. :o
