Not brushing your teeth is the most.......grossest thing I've encountered.
So I vote yes. I loved that they had that in the original game. And like one person said; if you don't brush your teeth they'd rot and if you do they'd be sparkling clean

I forgot about the toothbrush! this was great...and its wasn't a forced action, your Sim never suffered if he didn't brush his teeth!...would be very fun to see this back again!

Its not something I will get upset about if we don't have it in the game, but it would be alright if our sims could do that.

Well, I want the toothbrush back only if that have any effect on the Sims. Like if they do not brush their teeth in the morning they are going to have morning breath...and that between couples would be funny. The bad breath should not stand for a long period tho. Just the first half hour.

yea they should totally bring the toothbrush back and like other sims may not want to talk to you because you hav bad breath

Would make the make more realistic, but I don't think it's neccesary.
