I experimented with a hack that I made that allowed up to 50 family members, but I didn't like it. Way too many Sims...

That's actually a good idea. It's hard to play with all your families sims, if you can only have 8 people. But since the neighborhood is always active, that will help too.  Smile

I can't wait till sims3 comes out!!

Lol, I had exactly 8 sims just a bit ago, and 3 cats. ^_^ I was happy, Except the fact that I didn't have room for them all. Wasn't expecting my male to get pregrant... with twins... lol. I sent thier three boys off to college. My moms gonna kill me  ;D She always tells me not to have big families, I couldn't help it though.

Wow, I would hate to see a family that large in Real Life, never mind TS2 :o
