500 posts is quite a bit, although ... you can have someone be a regular, drop off for a bit, then come back and be a bit of an outcast at that point, because they're soooooo behind on everything :o Almost happened to me!

Hehe, that's basically what I did, and it's also how I feel now. I left for about a month, and now I feel completely weird.

I joined on March 18th.
I have given the address to this forum to many I know play Sims, but only one joined and she hasn't posted more than her introduction. {unsure}

That's how my friends are! Two odf my friends joined up... one is a member who's never even been active, the other made a stupid topic in the off-topic section and got banned I think. {rolleyes}

Maybe if they really were interested they would have found this place by themselves. {unsure} I used to pester a friend to buy her own Sims 2 and she got sort of tired of me.. {poke} They don't know their own good!! {glare}

I try to get my friends interested, but they just aren't. {no} I don't really understand it though. I mean, I know some people just aren't going to be interested in TS2, and that's fine. But I have a friend, and she has TS1, and she got a brand new computer last Christmas that would be ideal for TS2 (so was her old one though, to be honest with you) and when I suggested it to her, she just gets all irratated and tells me to stop bothering her about it. She claims she 'loves' Sims but she doesn't want TS2.
I know that sounds like I'm forcing her, but it's just the fact that NO ONE wants to play it and I don't really understand. {unsure} I guess I need to learn to broaden my mind a little.
Actually, the friend I just spoke of was actually the friend I was referring to, the one who joined here and made that silly post. She only joined because I asked her though. The other friend that joined I didn't actually tell them to but they didn't even post so it's kind of insignificant. I had the link to here in my MSN name and I guess his curiousity just got the better of him. He also plays TS1.
It has to be said though, they have no idea what they are missing out on. 8)
