Edit: In case you DON'T and would LIKE TO, here are the instructions:
Modify Profile -> Personal Message Options -> Save a copy of each Personal Message in my outbox by default.
Just check the box, obviously, and YAY.

It's not long. It's mostly about the odd message you got on myspace. Just wanted to know who it was and the extra letters are to block certain words?
