Shoelaces!
Oh! When I was on the cruise, there was this comedian guy (Steve Smith, I think...) and he did this bit about nickel-slot people. And shoelaces were involved. It was a riot.
I'll tell you about it if you really want me to...'til then, what do you think of shoelaces? Are the better or worse than, say, velcro or straps?

i've always loved colorful ones but i suck so bad at putting new shoelaces in that i dont bother but i admire people with skate shoes and awesome shoelaces its always been my favorite shoe style.

I've seen so many people with the Vans or Etnies or whatever you call them, and they have those really wide, colourful shoelaces that aren't put in like they normally are...they just go straight across. Are those the kind you're talking about?

sometimes..it depends..on how they wear them..
