RE: Harry Potter - Official Thread 2! - Cassie - 17-03-2011 04:07 PM http://www.mugglenet.com/app/news/show/4233 Excited (: We really should start rolling out the HP stuff again over here, it's one of the most distinct things about this place. It's the home stretch to the last film now and I don't want to see it go by without a bang. Harry Potter Withdrawal part 2, here I come. Haven't seen ya since 2007... not looking forward to hearing form you again.
RE: Harry Potter - Official Thread 2! - serp3821 - 17-03-2011 07:55 PM I was about to say that. I wanted to revive this thread. RE: Harry Potter - Official Thread 2! - bobert26 - 17-03-2011 08:17 PM We tried to have a HP marathon last week. But it didn't work out because we all went home after the tsunami warning.
RE: Harry Potter - Official Thread 2! - breebree711 - 17-03-2011 08:40 PM Harry Potter! There's a guy that works at my local gamestop and he looks just like Harry Potter! Everytime we see him, me and my brother laugh and yell out random spells XD RE: Harry Potter - Official Thread 2! - Cassie - 17-03-2011 08:49 PM Soon as the stream of news, clips and previews for DHP2 comes out, we'll keep this thread going. You guys wont want to talk to me when this is all over. Honestly. Harry Potter has been my entire childhood. Now I'm going to have no books, no films to look forward to... when the books ended I actually did suffer some brief withdrawal symptoms, no lie. My mum was actually worried about me. =P I want Jo to release that Scottish book, and the encyclopedia. I need to keep sane, or at least hover around sanity. I still remember watching PS with my dad when I was eight in the cinema. It was one of the two times I've ever seen him, and he fell asleep half way though. -_- I often went to the cinema with my stepdad (the crazy alcoholic who's whereabouts I don't know anymore, sadly his mum told my mum that his brother - who is sane - passed away recently, in his early forties... ), who would NEVER fall asleep during a film, especially HP which he knew I loved. I knew my dad was a fail from that moment on. I came home telling my mum, and I also remember just going on and on about the film and how I'd been saying Hermione's name wrong and yadayada. My mum knew she had birthed a HP-obsessed child from then on. xD ... I still can't believe I'd been calling 'Hermione' 'Heh-roh-mine' all that time. Figures I'm not the only one since Jo had to use Viktor Krum as a catalyst in GoF to tell readers how to pronounce it. RE: Harry Potter - Official Thread 2! - serp3821 - 17-03-2011 09:11 PM Yeh, when I finished reading the book series, my life was at a bad point. I was so sad. I needed more Harry Potter. That's why I bought the book "The Tales of Beedle The Bard". I'm still not done with the book trololol. I'm in page 21. But I want more! Daniel Radcliffe said he doesn't want to do any more HP films. Haha. RE: Harry Potter - Official Thread 2! - Cassie - 17-03-2011 10:58 PM I don't blame him. Back in the day, most of us were biting our nails over whether the trio would even sign to film past movie four, and NOBODY expected them to do all seven (or eight, now) of them at the start. Not at all. You said to someone online you hoped they'd stick around and do them all back in 2000, you'd be told fat chance. It makes the series so much more special considering we've had the same trio right through to the end, and I'm really grateful and proud of them for doing so. The franchise needs to end eventually... it's just sad that the day is so close. This is a big thing for me because this hasn't just been an obsession since I joined SF, it's not a couple of years obsession, it's 12 years. Someone get me my hanky now please. The series will always flourish in every true HP fans heart and I'm gonna keep it here. (: Cheese, I don't care. I just hope I get a new obsession to keep me going. Michael Grant's 'Gone' series is pretty much doing that for me now, but it needs a film counterpart to seal the deal for me. The series is explosive and it so needs one. EDIT; Emma, you devil, kissing another man besides Rupert. -_- ![]() It's just for an advert. RE: Harry Potter - Official Thread 2! - serp3821 - 17-03-2011 11:15 PM Who they? lolol RE: Harry Potter - Official Thread 2! - Cassie - 17-03-2011 11:34 PM Emma and some guy, can't remember his name but it's for a Lancome advert. Her kiss with Rupert will be a million times hotter than that. RE: Harry Potter - Official Thread 2! - serp3821 - 17-03-2011 11:37 PM oh okay what book(s) did you say you were readin? |
