In the Sims2, I used Insimemator to change all the nannies to teens. For the Sims 3, I think that 'nanny' should be a real job that anybody can do.

i think there should be a stage in a kids life where they are like a young kid but they dont have to go to school. and you can make a stay at home mom with daycare. so fun. i love kids!!!
