Yeah, different ways would be nice xD
But you got to think, there's no creatures in the game, the most fantasy you can get with it is the different colored eyes and skin in CAS. Most of the ways to die in TS2 were are fantasyish (I mean, what are the chances of getting eaten by flies and hit by a falling satellite?) The creators most likely aimed for a more realistic game, which would explain why there's so few ways to die this time around.

I believe there are only 4 types of ghosts...and they did state that the ways to die is less than TS2.

No, there's 5 xD Death by Fire = Red, Drowning = Blue, Electrocution = Yellow, Starvation = Purple, Old Age = White

I wonder that too. I know you can't fertilize your plants with them, otherwise they'll die. But then again, Ambrosia requires Angel Food Cake and Deathfish, so probably not...
