I have one and, I must admit, I was a little worried I wasn't going to get my money's worth. I was afraid the games were going to be too...cheesy, for lack of a better word.
But almost as soon as I turned it on for the first time I was thrilled with it.
And there are actually quite a few fun games for it. Some you have to look around for, and some are the more popular ones.
I guess it just depends on what kind of games you like. I've never really been one for "serious" games, so I don't mind the lack of releases for said genre on the Wii.

i have 1 its more for like sporting games and stuff if you only have like 3 games (like me i traded the rest in to to get a good game!) it gets boring! {yawn}

I actually wound up with a lot more games for mine than I thought I would. Most of them I bought online, though, as they weren't main titles.

I just got mine this Christmas and I love it <3. It is a pain trying to find the the actual Wii and some of the really popular games, but I still love it to death. I want to try MySims, but I'm not sure if its worth it or not. But right now I'm hooked to Zelda xD

I say get it...like what most of eveyone said..if you like mario...metroid... etc...it is a fun system..I aint gone lie...if you like to keep yourself fitted..get it...if you miss your old sega super duper nintendo games..get it..and u should be str8...but if you nto killing...shooters...final fantasy...kingdom hearts...fallout...and any other games that's mature or more serious..ps3 OR XBOX360

It's pretty cool! I have one and I always play my old GC games on it. I also love GUitar Hero and Mario Games. Except sometimes the games available aren't always okay for just one person or there playability isn't the best. BUt Wii Fit and Wii Sports are okay...just please don't get Wii Music. It's a waste of money!!!
