As for the 911 days afterwards, I would think someone had planned the 911 days latter.
In America, 911 is the emergency number we dial for police/fire.
I would think that it was all planned this way and not just spontaneous.

Glasgow Airport got driven into by a blazing car last June [2007] and I was there like 3 weeks after it happened and I saw all the damage. So heh...just wanted to say that.

Gosh this is all so sad... And so seemingly planeed. I freaked out about the wingdings thing that I found out about a month ago. There was all this stuff about 911 aswell.... wait a sec, i'll try to find it. It was on someones bebo page....

It was the year 2000.
Many people claimed that the computers wouldn't be able to make the date change from 1900 to 2000. Sure enough, it did.
Wasn't there something like 07.07.07 last year?
