Grilled cheese is very popular as a snack, here. I like grilled cheese sandwich and a plate of pumpkin soup for dinner [when not having a proper meal].

I always thought it had something to do with burgers, what with the McDonald's Big Mac and all :
... if it had said Macaroni and Cheese, I wouldn't have had any problems interpreting what it was!

I'm pretty sure, from my memory, that it didn't really look like Macaroni and Cheese. At least, not how we have it over here, anyway. I don't know! There's only so many people who can have a conversation about Macaroni and Cheese! ;D
