Ah - more delays from EA. Poor Ollie.
Their CEO has resigned now.

Failing at driving in Need for speed: Most wanted with the keyboard, I really need to get a controller to use.

Driver as in the one with Tanner? The graphics on that must look really blocky now!

@Caspin, yep that's the one. I used to play it back when I had no idea how to actually play games. xD
I still remember attempting to play spider-man 1, but I had no idea what to do in the first part and I ended up just mashing random buttons and hoping that it would do something.
Also, one of the other games that I remember from "when I had no idea how to play games" was worlds scariest police chases or something like that. I hope they make a modern/better/re-make it, but I doubt that will ever happen to it.

That remains my strategy when faced with most games involving shooting/driving/anything other than choosing furniture.
My whole family play the Driver games on Playstation. I can't imagine it on iPad... do you tilt the screen to steer?
I think my Dad is still playing Driver 2. There's a level where you have to follow a helicopter by driving the car under an elevated railway. We all learned the possible routes that the chopper would take so that we could just shout directions and avoid looking at the map or the chopper or the railway, but he still couldn't do it. My brother completed the level for him just so he could move on (this was after about two years of trying). Then he got stuck on another level in which you have to chase and damage a truck - you have to damage it enough to make it stop, but not so much that it gets destroyed. It's tricky stuff!
