Dude, Caterpie is just uncommon. Ralts is RARE.
I've already gone through 5 Ralts, and not a single Caterpie yet!

You go underground with your Explorers Kit, when you tap the screen and see little yellow sparkles in the wall, dig in the walls and you can find them there. I get them ALL the time ... x.x

Pokemon don't show up with you really need them...Mind Readers....grrrrr...
Also people clone in GTS.
But I am not trying it...you can corrupt your file or game.
I can cheat, since I have Action Replay, but I choose not to. I just get item stuff, like evo stones and TMs for competition.
I wish I didn't erase my old files. I would had had so many toughies. And I could had traded you everyone you needed, but I got bored.
That's why I have a extra Pearl in case I get bored of my finished, toughie game.
Also there is underground.
Do any of you battle wifi?
I think Luvdisc carries heart scales...hardly...
find them by fishing at the pokecenter above that waterfall before Victory Road...you will need the super rod...but they may be found with good rod.
