Golbat learns mean look at 33, so catch one that is level 33 and higher.
And they be cheating on legends.
Get those plus about 60 Ultra Balls...stupid Uxie made me waste up 100+ balls on him and he had about 1 hp left. Don't change that Golbat out, or else Mean look would fade off, so best to catch one in it's 50s.
Lemme see who else learns mean look.

Never mind...I looked...Everyone else is slow that has it, or you have to level up to get it...so Goldy is your best bet.

So, of the 8 left for me to see, I'll need to get pokemon off my Ranch and breed/level, or put in one of my GBA games and catch/breed/level.
So, nothing else for me to do right now ^_^ I feel accomplished! lol

I'm in the process of training these four pokes: Hitmolee, Gardevoir, Golem, and Empoleon for my competitive team.
It is hard to EV Golem in attack when he fails at Gyarados.

Fire Red, Emerald, Ruby and Leaf Green.
We already knew where Sapphire was, woot!
