I read that you can get muscle cramps if you eat too much sugar. The potassium level in the body gets too low. I sometimes have cramps in my calf muscles at night but I don't know it's because I drink too much Cola or if I stretch the muscles too little. {unsure}

Lucky I'm not hairy, so I don't have to freak out about every milimeter of grown hair on my legs.
